Progressive F.O.R.C.E. Concepts (also known as PFC) was formed in 1997 to bridge gaps in use of force and tactical training not previously addressed in existing governmental and commercial programs of instruction.
The PFC teams of instructors specialize in providing integrated small arms, physical defense and tactics instruction that is innovative, comprehensive and intense. Our state of the art curriculum and reality-based training practices set us apart from other training providers. PFC programs and extensive past performance have forged principles, tactics and techniques that are practical, effective and proven time and time again in real-world conflicts around the globe. The Progressive F.O.R.C.E. Concepts team is composed of a diverse body of personnel all currently active in real world operations and organizations. Instructors represent every cross-section of student that can benefit from PFC training. PFC instruction is broken down into four categories…Small Arms, Physical Defense, Tactics and Custom Programs. And as the name implies, PFC’s curriculum is constantly evolving.
Small Arms training addresses common weapon systems employed by armed professionals and owned by responsible citizens with an emphasis on the pistol and carbine. Progressive F.O.R.C.E. Concepts’ pistol curriculum is systematic, cutting edge and like no other body of knowledge currently available on the topic. The carbine program, consisting of Defensive Carbine Operator, Combative Carbine Skills and Advanced Team Carbine, is second to none.
Physical Defense instruction provided by PFC is aimed at the armed professional or citizen who does not have years to master the skills believed to ensure victory in a close physical armed or unarmed confrontation. PFC combatives material was developed through the organization and incorporation of various combative martial art systems from around the world, modern hybrid fighting styles, and military close quarter combat.
PFC Tactics instruction encompasses solo and team oriented programs, which take live fire and decision making into the four-dimensional battlespace. These programs include indoor search tactics, indoor combat, low-light environment tactics, vehicle assault and counter-assault techniques, urban and rural patrolling, close protection work, and defeating adversaries during close range confrontations.
Custom Programs designed by PFC offer clients the flexibility to receive exactly what their mission requirements call for while maximizing time and minimizing cost. PFC is completely mobile and capable of travel to remote locations.
